What are NESTD moving totes?
NESTD totes are durable, reusable plastic moving containers that replace traditional cardboard boxes. They arrive clean and ready to pack, stack securely, and require no box assembly or tape.
How does NESTD work?
Choose the number of totes you need and your rental period. We deliver them to you, you pack and move, and we pick them up when you're finished.
How many totes do I need?
It depends on the size of your home and how much you have to move. Our rental packages are organized by home size to make choosing easier. If you're unsure, contact us and we'll help you decide.
Are dollies included?
Yes. NESTD rental packages include moving dollies to make stacked totes easier to move. Additional dollies may be available for an added charge.
How long can I keep the totes?
Our minimum rental period is 7 days. Longer rental periods are available, and you can request an extension if you need more time.
Do you deliver and pick up the totes?
Yes. Delivery and pickup are part of the NESTD rental experience within our service area. You'll select or coordinate your delivery and pickup dates when making your reservation.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily. With your permission, totes may be delivered or picked up from a safe, accessible location at the property. You remain responsible for the equipment after an unattended delivery and until pickup is completed.
What happens if a tote or dolly is lost or damaged?
Customers are responsible for NESTD equipment during the rental period. Replacement charges are $15 per tote and $35 per dolly for equipment that is lost, missing, or damaged beyond normal wear.
What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
We understand that moving plans change. Reservations can be changed or canceled according to our cancellation policy. Contact us as soon as possible if your plans change.
